Our Traditional Automn Menus

 

Starters:

  • Chicory salad with smoked salmon, Granny Smith and pine nuts
  •  Green lentils cappuccino and foie gras mousse
  • Croustillant au munster
  • Fish terrine, sweet vinegar
     

 

Main courses:
 

  • Pollock with crayfish, white and wild rice with vegetables
  • Roebuck in bourguignon style sauce, potatoes and carrots
  • Veal, juice and mashed potatoes
  • Beef with mushrooms flan and thick cut fries
